Crook - Though this was for the master case, not 1 game; listing is a little unclear. No way 1 game is worth $100. Please cancel and refund. Also please cancel the Lego Racers, gain listing makes it seem like the master case. Sorry

 Me -  I'm sorry but I no longer cancel auctions. The title states this is for 1 game and in the description it states, "This is for 1 game and not the case." I don't believe I can get any clearer than that. Bidding and winning and/or buying is a legal contract and I hope it will to be honored

 Crook - You already got a negative feedback for this; clearly it is not just me, the listing is deceptive with the picture clearly showing a master case. I will ask for a return and since you do not say no returns I hope you will honor this; the price for this is way over what it is worth.

 Me - Clearly it isn't just you, apparently there are many that don't read before bidding or buying. You can ask for a return. Ebay already sided with me before.
If I get another negatives, OH WELL, that shows your character, not mine. I don't fall for the feedback blackmail either.

If someone was holding a game they are selling in a picture, would you expect the person to come with that game?

Also, maybe you should click on the shipping and payments tab. It states in the return policy, "Seller does not offer returns.."

 Crook - Ethics clearly are not your strong point; if someone does not want a game for any reason, returns should always be honored. You will not honor the return because you know you got way more then it was worth because toy listed it wrong. People like you make me sick, you know you are wrong and you refuse to admit it. Pathetic.

 Me - I'm not a store. I'm only selling these game to pay for things my wife need to make her ALS condition more comfortable. I'm tired of arguing with others that don't take the time to read what they are buying. Do what you must....

 Crook - All I am asking here is to be fair and give me market pricing. I will gladly pay for other gmae at the price I won if you refund me $50 on this. I can get s sealed copy of this game for $25 on eBay right now.

 Comments - Picture and description say game is mint but back of the box is crushed. Shipping box was undamaged. Need this for a gift for a collector so game must be mint and now will not get it in time, need to return.

 You sent a message - The game was mint and you know it. The game came straight from the master case as pictured in the auction. It was never touched until I took it out of the case to ship. If it is crushed now, it happened because you crushed it to get your money back. You tried to cancel the auction and I wouldn't do it. Next time, try reading the title and the description before bidding or buying. I'm not a store....

 The buyer sent you a message - You lied about the condition of the item, clearly did not want to make a picture of the back that showed the damage. Not even close to mint.

 The buyer sent you a message - The game was damaged before you mailed it, I have the original box; this is not the USPS' fault. I am very disturbed by your accusations and your business practices, selling damaged goods is fraud.

I also made my own documentation before packing this game because I knew I was going to have a problem with you when you wanted to cancel the auction. Before you dig your hole any deeper, maybe you should check out my documentation. The link I am sending you is is from my own server.. It shows a picture of both the front and back of the game I sent you along with the picture properties of the back picture. I will provide these pictures to ebay as well...

 The buyer sent you a message - That could easily be another game, you have several behind the damage one you sent to us in the auction pics. This appears more like CYA because you knew you were committing fraud by send us the damaged copy. We use Ebay properly and our feedback proves it, we do not play games. Please escalate this to Ebay if you are not going to do the right thing here.

 You sent a message - Apparently you have no idea who I am and my honesty and integrity in the game collecting community. Maybe you should do your research before you start to defraud someone. Maybe I should contact Pat the Nes Punk so he can make another podcast about me, this time you would be included, of course.... Using ebay properly doesn't include fraud.

 You sent a message - I don't make threats. The game I shipped was perfectly mint. The only reason it is damaged now is because you were informed you would loose the return.. So you smash the box so you can return the game, not as described. I'm certain the people at ebay will see right through your scheme after they read all our messages on 5/19..
